It was unexpected that my passion in cookery (oh yes and I am a foodie too!!) has made me an exclusive recipe writer for NoodleZero.
Since I was a little I spent hours and hours following my grannie hours and hours in the kitchen, and my ambition was to become a le Cordon Bleu qualified professional chef. I wish I would as famous as Anthony Boyd one day. I ended up in Business administration field.
I guess everyone would squeeze time for his/her true passion. While my flatmates throwing party or hitting gym, I was rushing around within the kitchen. I was estatic while my flatmates complimented my cooking. Yet after a few months I have put on 6kg I have grown from 47kg to 54kg, even my own mom was teasing me.
I ran into NoodleZero in a supermarket and I know Konja is very popular in Japan, slim down, low calorie meal, and it also stimulates digestive activities. However I wasn’t passionate all other Konjac products available, and it is our cultural habit to eat with steamboat feast. Without second thought I bought the Konjac meal substitute when I first saw it.
Since then I regularly provided feedback to NoodleZero customer representative through social app. We have become friends and she suddenly suggested me to come up with recipe idea and I accepted the challenge. I finally have found an opportunity to take my passion into the next level. From simple meal to other more complex variation, I have come up with dozens of NoodleZero variation. I have lost 7kg, I couldn’t believe I could follow my weight loss plan without significantly changing my daily diet. The below is one of my masterpiece.
Add 2ml of olive oil into the pan, sautéed it for 2 mins with lo heat
Add 100ml water into the pan until boiled, keep cooking until evaporate and further sautéed
For NoodleZero add 200ml into a pot, pour all the flavour pack then heat until boiled, add in the noodles and pour it into the bowl while ready
Place cucumber at the top and the lobster and voila!
I have never added additional flavoring into NoodleZero to avoid unnecessary energy intake. Lobsters are rich in protein and cucumber is rich in vitamin. It’s perfect to serve it with NoodlZero fibre!
I would like to thank NoodleZero and all the appreciation from their customer representative and other fellow NoodleZero fan. I am truly grateful!
