“Low cal meals that light and yet big feast freshly out of microwave!!!”
Guess all university students would have experienced the final exam period when one cant even sit down and eat properly. Before I come across NoodleZero I always have light bites for lunch, like a sandwich with a cup of coffee, a box of sushi, or a takeaway fried noodles.
Occasionally I skip lunch altogether as I was so flat out. After a while I started to feel problems with my digestive system. I actually love to cook for myself and I was able to prepare a gluten free ramen using NoodleZero! In style! Plus healthy low cal meals!
NoodleZero (chicken flarvour) 5 prawns, mushrooms and carrots
Remove prawn shells and have the carrots shredded
Boil 150-200ml water, and add in the NoodleZero flavour pack, put in all other ingredeints into it when boiled.
Drain the noodles and put it into lunch box, pour in the soup
Top it up with light cheese and black pepper
During lunch just simply heat it up for 3-4 mins. Then all done!!!
Make sure you get light cheese and keep it below 5g, then you can comfortably know the carbs intake is below 260 cals which is extrimely low cal meals!
I love the warm NoodleZero way better than cold sandwich, and it is so easy to make it! look after yourself and love each day!
