“my worst days are now behind me!” thanks NoodleZero!
I had never imagined in my life I would be fat, in last May I went for a health check and confirmed I have PCOS. That was the very reason how I put on 5kg in 3 months. Specialists told me I should take good care and boost my metabolism and if I don’t exercise enough, I will expose myself at high diabetes risk. Further check has indicated my glutose level was high. I couldn’t accept the fact and stressed. I believe each time I am at rock bottom I will be able to rebound and make revolutionary life change. It was first time ever I have decided to lose weight.
After that each time I would carefully read all nutrients details when I do my groceries shopping. Avoid all carbohydrates, sugar, and high unsaturated fat content. As you know it’s always a trade off between taste and healthy diet. I felt depressing with all multigrain toast, Greek yogurt and all sort of greens. I first chose NoodleZero only because it has very low calory meal. Then I realised the sugar/glutose level was low per nutrients details. And Carbs is only half or less than half compared to my regular rice / pasta. For health reason I have decided to try it out. I was impressed how delicious it was, perhaps coz I love my tomato base pasta. So Tomato flavour NoodleZero really drew me into it!
