Lobster tail: 1(90 Cal/100 g)

Cucumbers(16 Cal/100 g)
Cucumbers have very low energy density and high water content.
Sauce
Olive oil: 2ml
Directions
- Pan-fry lobster tails with 2 ml of olive oil for 2 mins
- Pour 100 ml of water in and boil until the sauce dries out.
- Mix the seafood flavoured sachets with 200 ml of water and let it boil. Add NoodleZero and transfer onto a plate.
- Add cucumbers, kumquats and lobster tails onto the plate and it’s done!
